Hi I’m Ariana, but most people call me Ari.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor and Professor of Nutrition, who doesn’t like to be put in a box. I’m not a fan of meal plans and I don’t believe one diet fits all. You are unique, and your food choices should be a reflection of that. Nutrition is where my love story with wellness began but it’s definitely not where it ends.
